Terry Fator

Entertainer Terry Fator gained national popularity when he recently won NBC-TV’s “America’s Got Talent” show and promptly sold out his two October (2007) shows at the Las Vegas Hilton. He was then signed to a 2008 schedule at the classic resort. Fator has spent 32 years honing his skills as a ventriloquist, celebrity impressionist, comedian and singer, but his key decision to blend those skills with his incredible ability to mimic famous singers put him over the top.


Anthony Crivello

Anthony Crivello, who plays the Phantom of The Opera, received Broadway’s Tony Award, Chicago’s Jefferson Award, a Carbonelle Award and nominations for two Jefferson Awards, two Canadian Dora Mavor Moore Awards, LA’s Ovation, Drama Critics, Robbie, Garland Awards, and Friends of New York Theater Award. This production of Phantom marks Crivello’s second time working with Sir Andrew Lloyd-Webber and his third time working with acclaimed director Harold Prince.


Charles Pignone

Charles Pignone is co-author (along with of Mickey Podell-Raber) of “The Copa, Jules Podell and the Hottest Club North of Havana,” published by Collins. He also is author of the New York Times bestseller, “The Sinatra Treasures” and one time president of the Sinatra Society of America, who began working for Frank Sinatra in the 1980s. He continues that work today as archivist and producer for the Sinatra family. He lives in Studio City, California.


Richard N. Velotta

Richard N. “Rick” Velotta is in his 17th year with the “Las Vegas Sun.” In that time, he has served as business editor, and currently is a business writer, focusing on the tourism, gaming and aviation industries. In addition to writing for the “Las Vegas Sun,” he writes a weekly tourism column for “In Business Las Vegas” and appears regularly on the “In Business Las Vegas” cable television show as well as “Nevada Week in Review,” a weekly local PBS program.

David Derek

Throughout his career, David Derek has sung virtually every kind of music. He began performing professionally in when he was 15 years old when he started a band called “The Young Senators” in his hometown of Washington, D.C. That band eventually became the backup band for Eddie Kendricks and The Temptations. He latter became lead singer of the Platters. Today, Derek and his band, called Bling, perform in Las Vegas at DuBarry Fashions.


Tim Cridland

Tim Cridland (He and Joe Oesterle are authors of “Weird Las Vegas and Nevada”) was born and raised in a small college town, the location of the second largest university in Washington State. He moved to Seattle in the ‘80’s, where he published a magazine, Off the Deep End, devoted to the paranormal, UFOs, conspiracies, unorthodox science, and strange phenomena. In the ‘90s, he began to travel this country and the world presenting demonstrations of feats of mind over matter. Currently, Tim lives in Las Vegas, and works with the Haunted Vegas Tour and the Haunted Laughlin Tour.


Lisa Johnson

Lisa Johnson, armed with a macro lens, an eye for detail and a vision for guitar art, is taking the world of fine art photography on a rock and roll ride. Having lived in Memphis and New York City, Lisa now calls Las Vegas home where she spends her time teaching yoga and pursuing her art. Lisa has photographed the guitars of Eric Clapton, Les Paul, Lou Reed, Chrissie Hynde, Bucky Pizzarelli, Howard Alden, Ace Frehley, Peter Frampton, John Scofield, John Lee Hooker, Julian Lennon, Ben Harper, Ted Nugent and many more.


Bobby Slayton

Bobby Slayton, considered a true “comic’s comic,” is often referred to as “The Pitbull of Comedy.” He has been performing his own intense style of stand-up comedy for more than 20 years, becoming one of the best known, respected, and energetic comics working today. Bobby has had some scene-stealing roles in movies such as “Get Shorty,” “Ed Wood,” “Bandits,” and, most recently, “Dreamgirls.” He was a series regular on the HBO series “Mind of a Married Man”, and played Joey Bishop opposite Ray Liotta and Joe Mantegna in the critically acclaimed film “The Rat Pack.”


Tony Butala

The Lettermen name first appeared in February 1958 on the marquee of the Desert Inn Hotel Resort in Las Vegas, where Tony Butala, Mike Barnett and Talmadge Russell performed in the record-shattering revue, “Newcomers of 1928.” The vision for The Lettermen was of three very strong soloists who also had the ability and showmanship to perform and entertain an audience, but who also had the discipline needed to be group singers. The sound they came up with was a sound between the big band vocal groups such as the Modernaires, Pied Pipers and Mills Brothers, and the early R&B rock groups such as the Flamingos and the Platters. The Lettermen have been part of American pop culture for more than 47 years

Rich Rosen

Rich is Brooklyn born (1942) and , began collecting records as a preteen in the early 50’s. He was heavily influenced by the doo wop harmonies from groups on the east coast, began a mail order business in the late 70’s in Brooklyn, then opened a record store in the early 80’s in the Pocono’s. In 1998 he and his family and the business moved to Las Vegas. He owns and operates WAX TRAX, hosts two radio shows, and promoted the Second Annual Cool Bobby B DooWop Convention.

In June, 1998, Rich added his star to the Canadian Walk of Fame to go along with his current star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Las Vegas Walk of Fame.


The Scintas

The Scintas arrived from New York little more than six years ago and quickly became one of the top shows in Las Vegas.
