Tony Bennett

Tony Bennett, the singer’s singer, has sold more that 50 million records sold world-wide, received 13 Grammy Awards and the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. became a Kennedy Center Honoree in 2005, and was named an NEA Jazz Master in January of 2006. That same year, he was the recipient of Billboard Magazine’s prestigious Century Award, in honor of his outstanding contributions to music.


Anne Miller

Anne Miller has worked in the design field for more than 17 years. She is president of Anne Miller Designs, which is an interior design studio that has versatile design experience in residential, commercial and hospitality environments. Anne also is an instructor in the Interior Architecture department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.


Melinda Sheckells

Melinda Sheckells is group editor of Greenspun Media Group’s Las Vegas-based Niche Media titles including VEGAS Magazine, Style and CityCenter Las Vegas magazines. Sheckells also is editor of Las Vegas Home & Design magazine, the city’s premier authority on cutting-edge home décor.


Larry R. Cappetto

Larry Cappetto is an independent filmmaker, author, musician and producer of the television film documentary series, “Lest They Be Forgotten.” He has traveled across the United States, Europe, Canada and the South Pacific interviewing more than 600 WWII, Korean and Vietnam Veterans during the past five years.


Todd Brunson

Todd Brunson is an American professional poker player and the son of the legendary poker pro Doyle Brunson. Although he did not learn the game when he was young, Todd started playing poker when he was studying law at the Texas Tech University and he dropped out before his senior year to become a pro.

Sidney Barnes

Sidney Barnes, executive director of the Motown Alumni Association in Las Vegas, has been a part of the music business since the early 60’s. He began working for the Motown label, then went on to work in the recording studio, and live in concert, with some of the greatest acts in the music business, including Janis Joplin, The Rolling Stones, and Jimi Hendrix.


Jean Francois

Extreme artist Jean Francois discovered his passion for art at an early age. In 1975, after a chance meeting in Figueras, Spain with the flamboyant artist Salvador Dali, Jean realized that the quiet life of the studio artist was not for him. Searching for a methodology that would harness his technical skills and allow a rapid, spontaneous style of work, he created Extreme Art in the early 1990’s.


Len Butcher

Len writes the weekly online column, “Lenny’s Las Vegas,” for the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He covers the Las Vegas scene for a world-wide audience. Lenny, a 32-year resident of Las Vegas, is a former managing editor of the Las Vegas Sun, as well as managing editor of Gaming Today and executive editor of CityLife and Las Vegas Business Press.


Dane Short

Dane Short is a senior at UNLV and handles the marketing for his family business. His mother “was doodling one day and wrote down ‘LOVE IS ALL U NEED’ with each letter stacked on top of the other.” After the symbol had been cast in sterling silver, the family soon discovered that the piece contained every letter of the alphabet.

Bill Boyd

Bill Boyd, executive chairman of Boyd Gaming Corporation, co-founded the company in 1973 with his father, Sam Boyd. A practicing attorney for 15 years, he turned his attention to gaming full-time in 1975, and has since developed and operated Boyd Gaming properties in major markets throughout the United States.


John Blink

John Blink was a gaming executive with Boyd Gaming for more than 20 years. He currently is a gaming consultant and co-author, along with Dennis M. Ogawa, of “California Hotel and Casino, Hawaii’s Home Away From Home.”


Vinnie Favorito

Comedian Vinnie Favorito delights in finding the absurd and unusual in his audiences and then voicing his thoughts, often in a less-than-delicate manner. Vinnie has performed on “The Late Show with Craig Kilborn” and also shows on NBC and UPN.


Bill Voelkner

Bill Voelkner, owner of Voelkner Productions, is a Las Vegas-based entertainment producer who produces Vinnie Favorito, Mac King, and other comics and magicians. He also books talent for corporate events and has a multitude of other business interests.


Norm Clarke

“Vegas Confidential” columnist Norm Clarke has been covering the Las Vegas celebrity scene for the Las Vegas Review-Journal since 1999. Prior to his move to Las Vegas, he spent 15 years in Denver, where he was an award-winning sportswriter at the “Rocky Mountain News.” He is author of “Norm Clarke’s Vegas Confidential: Sinsational Celebrity Tales.”


Barry McCullers

Barry grew up in a small town in Texas and discovered his hidden talent was to be able to make people do what he wanted through humor. His focus was first on hustling people, but he eventually turned to comedy and has appeared in more than 100 commercials and television shows. He calls himself BMOC (The Big Man Of Comedy).

Philip Fortenberry

Pianist Philip Fortenberry is currently the associate conductor for “Jersey Boys” as well as the featured artist at the Liberace Museum, where he performs a one-man performance, “Liberace and Me”, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 1 p.m. “Liberace and Me,” conceived and written by Fortenberry, offers a loving respect for the spirit and legacy of Liberace and the impact he had in Fortenberry’s life and career.


Norann

Norann, a native of Boca Raton, Florida, is billed as “The Worlds Fastest Female Hypnotist.” She spent much of her adult life living in Southern California and currently resides in Las Vegas. She is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and also is a public speaker, magician, and spokesperson for various trade shows.


Leslie Frisbee

Leslie Frisbee, editor of Las Vegas Magazine and Vegas2Go, has more than 15 years of experience in various areas of media including television, Internet and print. Prior to joining Greenspun Media Group Leslie was vice president of Content for Onsite Network, a national sports and entertainment network based in Chicago. A South Dakota native Leslie holds degrees in exercise science and modern dance.


Lily Arce (”Mistriss Lily”)

Lily Arce, featured singer in “Sin City Kitties,” has been performing professionally since the age of 14. Since she was in a military family, Lily traveled the world, moving every three to four years. In 2006, Lily moved to Las Vegas to pursue her musical career. She is currently performing as a featured lead vocalist with the long running, successful cabaret show group, Sin City Heat at the Las Vegas Hilton. In October, she also became the lead vocalist in, singing and performing as “Mistress Lily” in “Sin City Kitties.”


Koree Kurkowski (”Champagne”)

Koree Kurkowski, a featured dancer in “Sin City Kitties” began dancing at age five. She trained for 13 years with Abby Lee Miller’s Dance Company in Pittsburgh. The well-rounded dance training she received in acro, ballet, hip hop, jazz and tap landed Koree her first professional dance contract with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in 2004. In 2006, she was chosen to represent one of the longest running shows on the Las Vegas Strip, “Jubilee,” where she danced through September of this year.
